I’ve been meaning to start this blog for a while. Not because I think the internet needs another “voice,” another unique point-of-view that I’m dying to share, although I do think I offer that at times. It’s simply because I desperately want and need a place to write and express myself.
Think out loud.
Share what I’ve learned and what I’m still figuring out.
Here’s what you can expect: thoughts on life, marketing, business, motherhood, lots of problem-solving, even more venting and whatever else feels worth saying TO ME.
Some posts will be practical. Others might be personal. All of them will be honest.
I’m hoping to use this to work on a skills that mean the world to me.
I’m also using this to build a habit — writing regularly, even when I don’t feel like it… especially when I don’t feel like it.
When people launch a blog, I often feel like people think they know what’s next. First the blog, next the vlogs, then the full-time creator selling courses, lol.
Not my plan at all at least not today.
Will this turn into something more one day? Maybe. But at this time, I’m not planning to be a full-time content creator, blogger, or anything else. Moreover, I have a personal thing about the creator ecosystem and because of that, I won’t charge you to read posts or ask you to pay for a newsletter. Hear me loud and clear, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it; it’s just not going to be my thing.
I am very interested in affiliate marketing and partnerships, because I think those are people that have the budgets to pay. I also think why not get paid for what you’re already doing. But like any other person, if I share links or partner with a brand, I’ll let you know upfront.
If you want to support me, here’s how:
Share my blog posts if they’re helpful or entertaining.
Leave a comment— I like hearing your thoughts.
Send a prayer or some good vibes.
Point me toward opportunities, people, places that might be a good fit for me or my skills.
That’s it. No big story. Just showing up and seeing where it goes.
Thanks for being here.
Let’s see what happens.
